Instinct

"We all have instinct, sometimes a prescience, that feeling that makes the hackles rise on the back of the neck, that compulsion to look behind us...more often it is a gut reaction, and it is thought usually best to follow one's first instinct.  The wolf is highly instinctive, both predator and prey, she has to be...highly family oriented, her instinct is to survive in harsh environments hunted and hunter, providing for her family, mating for life, educating her youngsters, she is Alpha - we can learn much from the wolf, develop our own 'instinct', listen to our bodies and our minds during that quiet time of reflection, lead the way in our own evolution."
